Pooja Shah is a highly skilled hairstylist, educator, and product developer with two decades of industry experience. She began her journey in 2004, training at Vidal Sassoon Academy in her hometown of Los Angeles. In 2006, she moved to New York City to join Bumble and Bumble, where she honed her craft as both a stylist and educator.

From 2013 to 2023, Pooja was a key member of the Living Proof Global Creative Team, where she taught cutting and styling classes, trained educators, and played a pivotal role in developing curriculum and look books. Between 2018 and 2022, she also co-owned Common Good NYC, further cementing her influence in the industry.

With expertise in all hair textures and lengths, men’s barbering, event styling, and light keratin treatments, Pooja brings a refined yet innovative approach to her work. Her passion for education and product development continues to shape the way professionals engage with haircare. Beyond the salon, Pooja finds inspiration in music, tennis, and stand-up comedy, always seeking new creative influences to fuel her artistry.
